Cherry Blossom Korea 2016-Yoeuido Park

#Springtrip #CherryblossomKorea ;)

The plan for the spring trip is great since all the 3 groups that I planned, one of them, Asiah's group is within the peak season of cherry blossom. Especially the Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival that falls on 4th April until 20th April 2016.

So how can we go to the Yeouido Festival? I choose to use National Assembly Station (Line 9) because it was the nearest to, KBS Hall. Tempat utama yang kami nak melawat ^_^. And yes, I go to both time, at night and during the day just to have the feeling of the celebration.

So let's see the pictures!! ^^

tepi jalan. Somehow all the days I went it seems so moody lol..not much of brightness in the picture ^^

                                                                       Me and Me ;p

Another gambar sebelah jalan ^_^

The festivities around the festival. Yes, there is a lot of small cart selling snacks so, sometimes it can be hard to walk around. Especially during the day. You definitely will not get thirsty by walking around ^^.

The girl does not look happy lol ;)

The pictures during the night....

Overall, I would say, I love coming here during at night. The ambience just feel more lively. However you probably need to have a good camera to take the night pictures because all mine is just full of weird and random lights huhu..Im still in level 0.5 in camera lol ;p

So basically, if you take NAssembly station and use exit 1, and walk all the way of the festival to the end, you wull come back to the exit no 6. However, just a warning, it was a long walk!!! Pakai kasut sukan yang terbaik ;)

I would also take this to gives special mention to the other place to see the cherry blossom. As I have write in my previous post, I went to Jinhae, Changwon, And here around Seoul, I went to Deoksugung Palace, Ewha University, Kyunghee University and also Seoulland., All this places have quite interesting place to take pictures too!! Love them all ;)

Ewha University. She looks so good  ;p

Jinhae Cherry Blossom trip

So I haven't updated much about travel here, since I'm more active at Instagram and Facebook

Sementara masih ingat, mari kita menulis,

Date on 9th April and it was 2D1N trip. By they way, it was impromptu plan as I was there in Seoul for 30 days, and was waiting for my sisters to come for their visit. So it was good that Karen made to plan to visit Jinhae. And yes, the big reasons was for to see Kim Jaejoong actually. Boo haha :)

So how I buy the bus ticket? I've ask and read around, And while some say to go by KTX, it seems that its easier to go by bus as it directly goes to Jinhae. Do take note there is no direct train to Jinhae in 2016, but probably they will resume it in next year to come. And the other problem about the bus ticket is that you must buy it online and therefore its hard if you cant read Hangul. So I ask the guy in my guesthouse to buy the tickets online and he exchange it at the Nambu Bus Terminal. Price 26,100 won per trip. From my other reading, its nearer to go from Busan and cheaper too. P/s: kesimpulannya saya pergi station bus dengan bawak baju je, Tapi as per all trip naik bus, just pergi kaunter dan tunjukkan tiket online untuk tukar tiket yang original.

Bawah gambar dekat Nambu Bus Terminal. Kecik je. Ada beberapa kedai kopi kalau nak singgah beli Cappuchino dulu ;)

Kopi dalam bus. Hampir tertinggal bas jugak disebabkan kopi ni haha
And the trip took about 4 hours, And maybe it was weekend, there is long traffic at the road..so yeah, do take note about that. After arrived around 12 pm, I contacted Karen, and she was already there at the stadium.
Jinhae Bus station
The stadium where the Military Band and Honor Guard Festival is held and yes, the special performance by Super Junior & Kim Jaejoong.

Wanted to put my own video, butsomehow it didnt turned out how I wanted it to be. So here is Jaejoong videon form tha fancam. He's the best!! :).As we are most excited about Jaejoong than others, but the show is quite exciting too with the military bands. Especially the night concert. With the fireworks and all. By the way the ticket to the concert is free. Just the VIP need to queue up, but of course, if only you want to see the Korean artists up front, then you need to fight the VIP ticket with the fangirls ;p

On our way back to the hostel at night after the concert. We stay at Changwon as all hostels in Jinhae is full. The trip is around 7000 won for 10 to 15 minutes ride.

Our hostel....yes, it was funny #shrug lol...but at least the hostel allows us to be 3 in a room, Even though it was a double room.

The view around Jinhae. Too bad, we were there on the last day, so most of the flowers have fallen. Tapi still cantik, sebab semua nampak pink in colors!! ;)

Went to have a break here. Small coffee place.
Tempat menjadi tumpuan. Yeojwacheon Stream. Seriously there were too many people, its hard to take a photo without some random people in your pics =.=
Us  ^_^

2nd day and the trip to Jinhae from Changwon and back to Seoul.

View from the taxi...bunga dah habis gugur huhu

Three of us take the evening bus back to Seoul at around 6.20pm. So both me and Sarah proceed to go to see around while Karen choose to watch Kim Jaejoong performance again. 1st stop, Gyeonghwa Station.

Jumpa ramai orang Malaysia dekat sini ha ;)

al hindustan tak jadi lol ;))

Us ;)

Our lunch, kebab

Festive area

Still pretty even with most of the flowers gone :))

After Gyeonghwa Station, we went to Jinhae Cable Car. Quite small and fun thing to do. The ticket is 3000 won and you can see view of Jinhae from above and they have a small nice museum at the top of the station. Interesting when you could see how they already have the cherry blossom tree from all the way back in history.

ticket ^_^

The cable car

The view ^_^

After cable car, we walk around the Jungwon Rotary since there is some time to kill before taking our bus to Seoul.

Tak beli apa-apa sebab it was too overpowering ;)..if you're Muslim you will understand hehss..but fret not, there is kebab everywhere, And we met a man who gives leaflets to us about the halal indian restaurant in Chamgwon. So maybe KTO will update about the restaurant soon ^_^.

We stay here around 1 hour or so and there is actually quite a number of interesting play and pansori song to entertain you enough for a day. Feeling melepak dengan ahjumma dan ahjusssi is a bonus lol ;)

Lots of kids activities

And then back to the last show we watch before going back to Seoul. Goodbye Kim Jaejoong, see you in 2017 after your discharged ;)

Time passes no one

19th May 2016.

I will be heading to 33 soon.

Funny and weird how sometimes I think or maybe I feel that I'm not old. I'm not going anywhere. Then the reality sinks in when the cousins, which you used to play with, hold and just be angry with now working, go to schools and now getting married.

It's not I feel bad that I'm going old. But somehow I feel the weirdness. I feel that my time will come soon. The death. The move on . The phase.

Looking back at my life before I hit 30, I thought I have achieved everything. The job, the house, the car. And somehow after I hit 30, I realised my life is no longer sprited and feels less colourful than before.

Dear Munirah,

Please be strong. Please be happy. Please moved on. Please be courageous.

Dear Munirah,

You will achieve what you desire. Be brave. Be happy. Be diffrent. Be motivated. Be strong. Be willing to sacrifice. Be willing to be near to Allah. Be positive. Be thankful. Be open to any possibilities. Be whatever you want. Be a giver. Be someone that is important to society. Be someone that can change the environment. Be someone that can bring the greatness to nature.

Dear Munirah

Be brave. Dont give up. Percaya dengan allah. Percaya dengan takdirNya. Believe.

Xox,

Munirah Khadri
